I heard about this on the TODAY show this morning...what a great reminder that our libraries should never put information in a Notes block (or anywhere else on a borrower account) that would be offensive to the customer.
What do you think about this?
If other staff need to know about a concern or situation and it can't be described in kind terms, use the proper incident reporting forms, not the borrower record, to express the concern.
